Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING: Once purchased, your items will be shipped within the next 1-3 Business day. Once shipped out you will receive an email with your tracking information. Shipping in 757 01 Valašské Meziříčí Czech Republic usually takes about 1-3 business days, 3-5 Business days within the US & 2-4 weeks for international & APO addresses. 

 

RETURN POLICY:

We strive to make you happy with your purchase, keeping you in good hands throughout the entire shopping experience and order process.

Merchandise may be returned within 14 business days from the date of the order is received for a store credit. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION Due to health and safety regulations all merchandise must be unwashed, unaltered with the original tag attached. Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair or smoke will be refused and returned to you and is subject to a shipping charge.

  • Please note: All items in Sale/Clearance, Flash Sales, and any sales/discounts are non-returnable, non-refundable and FINAL SALE!  These items CANNOT be returned for a refund, cannot be returned for a store credit or be exchanged!

EXCHANGE:

 We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore we suggest placing an order for the item/size you would like and sending the previous item back for store credit. 

DEFECTIVE:
If you received defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department within 3 business days. Items that have been washed, altered or handled without care by the customer does not count as a defected item. 

RETURNING

3. Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Or you can request for us to invoice you for a return label. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
4. Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDER(S)

1. If you refuse a confirmed order you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you.
2. Undeliverable orders due to error on your part will require re-shipment and will be charged to you.

"Should you decide against re-shipment the original shipping fee and other address verification fees will be deducted from your refund."
